Note : Registration for 2025 season will start April 1st
Please note that new registrations made on or after August 15 will benefit from a 50% discount. This discount will be automatically applied when you enter the registration platform.
Membership fees include:
Free access to Wychwood courts for games outside activity hours.
Possibility of registering to the Club’s programmed activities (courses, clinics and leagues).
Possibility of participating in the Club’s tournaments and special activities (the junior membership category includes the Junior League).

Temporary Members (guests): Cost includes, at a minimum, one hour of play, which can be extended if there is no one waiting. Temporary members (guests) cannot however participate in Club activities.
Membership Registration Procedures and Refund Policy
Payment for courses, leagues and clinics is made when you register on the Sport-Plus on-line store, and only credit cards are accepted. A service fee of 2% will be added at checkout at the time of payment. Your place will be reserved once your payment is completed and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

Membership: A full refund can be made up to two weeks after the payment was done. No refunds will be issued after that date.
Courses and clinics: A full refund will be made if the Club is notified prior to the beginning of the course or the clinic. Once the course or the clinic has started, and as of the date the Club is advised, the Club will issue a refund for the remaining courses minus the applicable penalty, i.e. the lower of the following amounts: $50 or 10% of the cost of the remaining courses. There will be no refunds for missed courses.
Leagues: A full refund will be issued if the Club is notified before the league begins. Once the league has started, the Club will issue a pro-rated refund based on the number of remaining weeks, minus $15 administration fee. There will be no refund if there are two weeks or less left before the end of the league.
Refunds are made directly to the credit card used at the time of registration.
Service fees are non-refundable.
