Code of Conduct for Parents of Players

  1. Your membership fee includes the right to play at the Wychwood site. Members have priority for court reservations.

  2. Courts are open all day, however a court attendant is present :

    • Low season (May and September):

      • from 5:30pm to 9:30pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday

    • High season (June, July, August):

      • from 9am to noon and from 4pm to 8pm on Saturday

      • from 9am to noon and from 5:30pm to 9:30pm on Sunday

      • from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm from Monday to Friday

During hours of free tennis, members have priority over non-members that are on the courts

  3. Don’t forget to bring your membership card (electronic or printed) with you.

If there is no attendant on site:

    • If members are waiting to play, please stop playing after one hour. For example, if you started playing at 1:20 pm, you must give up your court at 2:20 pm if members are waiting.

    • Your electronic or printed card is your only proof of membership.

    • If, upon your arrival, all courts are occupied by non-members, you can show your token and explain that game priority belongs to members of the Club.

If there is an attendant on site :

    • The attendant will assign you a court. If all the courts are in use, the attendant will let you know when the next court will become available.

    • You must show your electronic card to the attendant in order to maintain priority

    • You may leave the court while you are waiting, but you must return at least ten minutes before the beginning of the play period that was assigned to you, or you will lose your priority.

  4. Appropriate footwear (i.e. tennis/running shoes) is mandatory on the courts. Please do not play with a bare torso.

  5. Inappropriate behavior (for example, shouting, vulgar language, verbal or physical violence, vulgar or violent body language, etc.) may result in the expulsion of the player after a warning, or cancellation of the membership or activity (ex. leagues, courses, meli-melo...).
